Celebrating the 2011 Oscars with an unique jewellery design for the luxury brand Montblanc
To mark the occasion of the 83rd Academy Awards, being held in Los Angeles on 27th February 2011, the international luxury brand Montblanc is presenting a jewellery collection created exclusively for the Oscars. The collection, which consists of necklaces and pendants, brooches, hair jewellery, and bracelets, has been designed by Carlo Giordanetti, Creative Director Montblanc International, in collaboration with fashion designer Sibilla Pavenstedt.

A collection of one of a kind pieces, created to be premiered during the Academy Awards week in Los Angeles.

Montblanc has asked fashion designer Sibilla Pavenstedt, known for her romantic and pronounced feminine style, to give some pieces from the Montblanc Jewellery line her typical creative interpretation.
The result is a truly innovative, softly hued, surprising interpretation of the iconic signature star emblem of Montblanc in 20 pieces ranging from immaculate feathered hairpieces, to nude and black satin lace and gold necklaces, to a magnificent hand woven gold thread choker, to soft suede flower pins revealing a diamond center. A playful touch, a layer of hand made craftsmanship which makes every piece of Montblanc Couture Jewellery a dream to wear, to feel, to fall in love with.”
To complement the jewellery collection, a selection of evening dresses from the haute couture range of Sibilla Pavenstedt will also be presented at the LA event, inside a specially installed Montblanc styling lounge.
